Webhelp is a French owned, global, customer experience solution provider, supporting some of the world's leading brands with dedicated outsourced customer services and solutions.
With revenues in excess of €370m, Webhelp has 37 customer experience centres in 8 countries, with more than 18,000 people, serving 130 clients.
International client list includes international brands across multiple sectors including telecommunication, transport and tourism, financial services, energy and utilities and the public sector among others.
Dotrun are a graphic and web design external supplier to Webhelp. During our ongoing relationship we have been involved in their online and offline branding collateral and campaigns which has included the creation of their multi-language website platform, whitepaper series and reports, infographics, banner ads., print ads etc.
Designers on the Run primarily worked with the UK communications team creating digital design and graphic design. Though much of the work has been web based we have also been involved in larger scale design projects, such as large format print and interior wall graphics. We have also had experience other parts of the company based in France, South Africa, Belgium and Holland.
